Nave Errante

The project is part of the visual identity design by Studio Lettera 7 for the Wandering Ship restaurant, located within the spaces of Fico. This establishment acts as a large container showcasing the eno-gastronomic excellences from various Italian regions, brought to life by Eataly.

The specific request was to give a personal and expressive character to the walls of various spaces, ensuring the intervention harmonized with the graphic identity system. Thus, the concept envisioned the wall treatment as a type of wallpaper, where the movement of the designs mimics the flow of waves.

Within these waves, using a limited color palette, are depicted elements such as lighthouse fish, octopuses, and other marine-related features, all characterized by an expressive line.

Completing the project are sculptures by Giuliano Comelli. Through a system of balances and threads, the sculptures, representing the food chain of the Mediterranean waters, float and move suspended above the visitors’ heads.
